Susan Van Uum Perozek, age 69, a resident of 183 Sandpipers Lane, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at her home.Born in Lakewood, OH on December 24, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Jack Van Uum and Jean Snow Van Uum.She was a homemaker and a member of St. James Catholic Church.
A memorial service will be held Monday, November 4 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Micheal The Archangel Catholic Church in Cary by Father Ryan Elder.
Mrs. Perozek is survived by her husband, James Perozek of the home; a daughter, Cheryl Reid of Cary; two sons, Christopher Perozek of Chicago, IL and Jamie Perozek of Williamsburg, VA; four sisters, Sheila Campbell of Perrysburg, OH, Nancy Longworthy of Cincinnati, OH, Catherine Dixon of Rocky River, OH, and Michelle Neiderhouser of Tarahoke, IN; and ten grandchildren.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
