Tabatha Lynn Pendergrass

Tabatha Lynn “Pooh” Pendergrass, 34, of Satterwhite Point Road, died Sunday, March 20, 2022 at her home after lingering health issues. Born January 17, 1988 in Vance County, she was the daughter of Dorothy Lee Vaughan of Henderson and Joseph Wayne Pendergrass of Henderson. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Westwood Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. Daniel Blasky and Rev. Ernest Bowes. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her step mother, Glenda Pendergrass; her son, Tyler Aaron Reavis; two daughters, Alexis Lynn Blake and Paisley McCann; her step brother, Roy Satterwhite; her step sister, Samantha Shepherd; her maternal grandparents, Leon and Janie Vaughan; her paternal grandfather, Frank Pendergrass all of Henderson; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Delores “Lois” Weaver Vaughan and paternal grandmother Frances “Geraldine” Short Pendergrass. Serving as pallbearers will be Braeden Pendergrass, Dustin Parker, Allen Currin, Paul Currin, Alex Gonzalez and Roy Satterwhite. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at J.M. White Funeral Home. At other times, they will be at the home of Rafe and Jean Parker, 5218 Satterwhite Point Road, Henderson, NC 27537. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to J.M. White Funeral Home for the Tabatha Pendergrass Funeral Fund, 60 Zeb Robinson Road, Henderson, NC 27536.
