Tammy Ayscue Horton

Tammy Rose Ayscue Horton, age 46, a resident of 750 Old Warrenton Road, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Maria Parham Medical Center.Born in Franklin County on March 22, 1969, she was the daughter of Peggy Clark Mason of Henderson and the late Henry Roger Ayscue.She was a former employee of Wal-Mart.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 pm at South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev. Frank Sossamon.Burial will follow in the New Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Thomas "Robbie" Horton, Jr. of the home; one daughter, Tori Horton of Henderson; one step-daughter, Amanda H. Pendergrass of Henderson; two step-sons, Daniel Horton and Nicholas Horton of Henderson; one sister, Robin Ayscue Owens of Henderson; one brother, Roger Ayscue of Henderson; and six step-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by one brother, Bruce Ayscue.
The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7 until 8:30 pm at J. M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home at 750 Old Warrenton Road.
Serving as active pall bearers will be Jay Ellis, Jackson Ellis, Don Renn, Tony Bailey, James Stewart, and Jason Dickerson.
