Tammy Renee Jurries

HENDERSON- Tammy Renee Blazek Jurries, 62, of Farrar Ave, died Monday, November 27, 2023 at Duke University Hospital. Born September 25, 1961, in Lancaster County, Nebraska she was the daughter of the late Lumir August Blazek and Mary Elizabeth Lundblade Blazek. Tammy attended Mt. Ararat Pentecostal Holiness Church where a memorial service will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. by Rev. Allen Ayscue. Tammy is survived by her son, Steven Jurries and wife, Nicole; seven grandchildren, Joshua Oliver, Dominic Jurries, Madison Oliver, Devin Jurries, Josiah O’Rourke, Kayden Jurries and Savannah Jurries; a sister, Donna Wilson; and five brothers, Joe Blazek, Mike Blazek, Harry Blazek, Darrin Blazek and Darwin Blazek. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Jurries; a daughter, Anna Jurries; two sisters and a brother. The family will receive friends following the service at Mt. Ararat Pentecostal Holiness Church on Friday and at other times at her home, 630 Farrar Ave., Henderson, NC 27536.
