Tanya Weaver Pearce

HENDERSON- Tanya Lynn Weaver Pearce, 64, of S. Carolina Avenue died Thursday, November 16, 2023 at her home. Born February 24, 1959 in Vance County, she was the daughter of the late Maggie Champion Weaver and Raymond Weaver. She was a member of South Henderson Pentecostal Holiness Church where she was active in the Women’s Ministry. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at J.M. White Funeral Home by Rev. Mark Richardson. She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Pearce Navarro of Henderson; her son, Edward Allen Pearce (Jennifer) of Henderson; four grandchildren, Sadie Lynn Pearce, Emmanuel Junious Pearce, Robbie Navarro Pearce and Yesenia Navarro Pearce. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jo Ann Weaver Garcia and her brother, Raymond “Bimbo” Weaver. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. at J.M. White Funeral Home and at other times at the home, 716 S. Carolina Ave, Henderson, NC 27536.
