OXFORD- Miss Taylor Nicole Stanton, age 20, a resident of 8629 Cornwall Road, Oxford died Sunday, October 12, 2014.Born in Vance County on August 3, 1994 she was the daughter of Willie Lee Stanton, Jr. and Susan Snow Stanton of Henderson and Angela Nicole Tuck of Henderson.She worked at Vance Family Medicine and was a member of Freedom Life Church of God.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM at Freedom Life Church of God by Rev. Jeff Prewer.Burial will follow at Sunset Gardens.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Sarah Elizabeth Stanton of Henderson; three brothers, Hunter Ruric Stanton and Chance Spence both of Henderson and Chase Fulgum of Wilson; her paternal grandparents, Willie Lee Stanton, Sr. and Trudy Stanton of Henderson and maternal grandparents, Sam and Connie Tuck of Henderson. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from7:00 PM till 8:30 PM at J.M. White Funeral Home.At other times they will be at the home of Willie and Susan Stanton 1661 Peter Gill Road.
Serving as active pall bearers will Bill Norwood, Jamie Norwood, Bryant Norwood, Ian Metcalf,Zachary Lane and Travis Adcock.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Taylor N. Stanton Funeral Fund, C/O J.M. White Funeral Home, 60 Zeb Robinson Road, Henderson, NC 27536.
