Terry Joseph Vaughan

FRANKLINTON-Terry Joseph Vaughan, 83, a resident of Bowen Street, died Thursday, November 23, 2023. Born on December 28, 1939 in Granville County, he was the son of the late Louis Chester Vaughan and Irene Harris Vaughan, and was the widower of Wilma Inez Allen Vaughan. He was retired from Burlington Mills. A memorial service will be held Thursday November 30, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of J. M. White Funeral Home, by the Rev. David Barnett. He is survived by three daughters, Darlene Vaughan (Jackie Peoples, Jr.) of Henderson, Donna Lewis of Alabama, Nancy Twiddy (David) of Raleigh; one son, David Vaughan of South Carolina; one step-son, Dalton Allen of Lake Royale; one sister, Brenda Long of Wilmington; seven grandchildren; and three step- great grandchildren. The family will receive friends prior the service from 6:00 until 7:00 PM at the J. M. White Funeral Home.
