Thomas Wayne Reavis

HENDERSON- Thomas Wayne Reavis, 72, of Eaves Road, died Monday, November 11, 2024 at his home. Born February 20, 1952 in Vance County, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Prewer Reavis and Stephen Thomas Reavis. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and formerly employed with the Vance County School System as an HVAC maintenance technician. A memorial service will be held Sunday December 15, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of J.M. White Funeral Home. Wayne is survived by his daughter, Whitney Reavis Thomas and husband, Brian; four sons, Stephen Reavis and wife, Stephanie, Jonathan Reavis, Thomas Reavis and wife, Cassandra, and Dennis Reavis and wife, Cindy; eleven grandchildren; and seven siblings. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven siblings. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at J.M. White Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to J.M. White Funeral Home for memorial expenses.
