HbyENDERSON- Mr. Timothy Lee Jacobs,41, a resident of 337 Flanagan Road, died September 3, 2016 at Maria Parham Hospital.Born in Vance County on September 20, 1974 he was the son of the late Nelson Lee Jacobs and Peggy Williamson Jacobs.He attended Unity Baptist Church.He was a former employee of the Henderson Police Department and Vance County Sheriffs Department.He loved working in his garden, was an avid fisherman and was devoted to his family and friends.
A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the Williamson Family Cemetery by the Rev. Calvin Hedgepeth.
He is survived by his wife, Jesica Shamblin Jacobs, sons, Preston Lee Jacobs and Wesley Matthew Jacobs, and daughter, Peggy Sue Jacobs all of the home; and his sister, Lisa Jacobs Traflet of Wilmington, NC.
The family will receive friends at home, 337 Flanagan Road, Henderson, 27537.
