HENDERSON-Toney Newson Bailey, 74, a resident of Henderson, died Friday, February 5, 2021 at Maria Parham Health.Born in Vance County on June 9, 1946, he was the son of the late John Edd Bailey and Mae Abbott Bailey.He was a retired electrician.
A private graveside service will be held at Sunset Gardens for the family.
He is survived by one sister, Bertie
Bumgarner (Benny) of Warrenton; one brother, Eddie D. Bailey (Janet) of Richmond, Virginia; and a special friend, Judy Stanton.
