Tunnie Lewis "T.L." White

WARRENTON- Tunnie Lewis “T.L” White, 78, of Beamon Hunt Road, died Friday, November 14, 2025 at Durham Regional Hospital. Born February 1, 1947 in Telfair County, GA, he was the son of the late Mary Elizabeth Graham White and Charlie Lewis White and was the widower of Yvonne Fields White. T.L. was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was a retired restaurant owner and member of St. John’s Episcopal Church.

A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Elmwood Cemetery by Rev. Johnny Yount.

T.L. is survived by his son, Brian White and wife, Cookie of Warrenton; a step-daughter, Rhonda Champion of the home; his grandson, Fisher White; and a brother, Cecil White of McRae, GA.

In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by a step-son, Bobby Champion.

The family will receive friends at the home.
