W. Lyle Davis

TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES NM- Mr. William Lyle Davis, age 84, a resident of Truth of Consequences, New Mexico, died September 11, 2013 at New Mexico State Veterans Home. Born October 26, 1928 in Erlanger KY, he was the son of the late John Jackson and Cora Hoyle Davis. Mr. Davis was a graduate of Henderson High School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
A private graveside memorial service will be held at a later date by the family at Cary Baptist Church Cemetery.
He is survived by one sister, Edith Davis Collins of Charlotte and one sister-in-law, Lillian Fleming Davis of Henderson.Mr. Davis was preceded in death by one brother, John Hoyle Davis.
Arrangements are by J. M. White Funeral Home.
