December 15, 2017 at his home.Born in Granville County on November 17, 1955, he was the son of Virginia Williamson Dickerson of Henderson and the late William Reaves Dickerson.
He was an auto mechanic and also worked at Hibernia Park at Kerr Lake, and was a member of Freedom Life Church of God.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 am at Freedom Life Church of God by the Rev. Jeff Prewer.Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Myers Dickerson of the home; two daughters, Tasha Dickerson of the home and Crystal Ball of Henderson; three grandchildren, Austin Dickerson, Gracie Dickerson, and Kayla Ball; and one sister, Wanda D. Tart of Epsom.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Monday from 10 until 11 am at Freedom Life Church of God.At other times they will be at the home.
Serving as active pall bearers will be Justin Burnette, Joe Pendergrass, Robert Perry, Michael Tart, Barry Tart, James Ball, Jr. and Howard Faucette, Jr.
Arrangements are by J. M. White Funeral Home.
