William "Bill" E. Lovin , Jr.

William “Bill” Elwood Lovin, Jr., 61, of Twelve Oaks Lane, died February 2, 2022 at Maria Parham Health. Born October 15, 1960 in Wayne County Indiana, he was the son of the late Linda Caplinger and William Elwood Lovin, Sr. He was a machine operator with Revlon and Iams. He attended GRACE Ministries where he was very involved in the addiction recovery program. A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Gillburg United Methodist Church by Rev. Jamie Elliott. Bill is survived by his daughter, Jessica M. Whitbey (Robert) of Killeen, TX; three grandchildren, Robert Whitbey, Jr., Owen Whitbey and William Whitbey; a sister, MaryAnn Collier (Glenn) of Richmond, IN; one nephew, Aaron Collier; and two nieces, Hanna Iames (Luke) and Abby Collier. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by his wife, Paula S. Lovin The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery on Friday.
