HENDERSON- William Norman "Bill" Greene, III, 57, of 15318 NC Hwy 39 N, died Tuesday, March 19, 2019 surrounded by family at the home of his sister.Born in Richmond, VA on February 16, 1962.He was the son of Elizabeth Morris Talbott of Virginia and the late William Norman Greene, Jr.
Bill was a Veteran of the United States Army.He was also an avid fisherman and golfer, achieving PGA status.A memorial service is planned for a later date.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, William Norman "Will" Greene IV of NC; three sisters, Elizabeth Painter of WV, Kathryn Norwood of NC, and Chrissy Cooke of FL; and his brother, John Greene of NC.
