William Allred Rowland

Date of Service: Saturday, October 2, 2021 Time of Service: 2:00 PM HENDERSON- William Allred "Hootie" Rowland, 67, of Oxford Road, and formerly of Key Largo, FL, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Born December 20, 1953 in Vance County, he was the son of the late William Broadwell Rowland and Agnes Edwards Rowland. He attended NCSU where he was in the textile program and a member of Kappa Sigma. He worked at TPC Myrtle Beach golf club and in the restaurant industry. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 2:00PM at Fuller Chapel Christian Church by Rev. Tammy Ayscue. He is survived by his brother, Alan Rowland and wife, Teresa of Henderson; his beloved dog, "Jax," his aunt, Frances R. Roberts of Henderson, and numerous cousins. The family will receive friends following the service at Fuller Chapel Christian Church.
