HENDERSON-Willis Gene Hip Lupold, age 62, a resident of 1025 Carroll Road, died Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at Maria Parham Medical Center.Born March 28, 1953 in Muncy, PA, he was the son of the late Gene V. Lupold and JoAnn Edkin Rider.He retired from Handcrafted Homes where he was employed as a supervisor.He enjoyed NASCAR, his motorcycle and watching his grandson, Jimmy Boy Clayton.
A memorial service will be held in Pennsylvania at a later date.
He is survived by his wife Cheryl Houseknecht Lupold of the home; five children, Crystal Blase of Williamsport, PA, Jeremy Houtz of Breinigsville, PA, Becky Vincent of Milton, PA, Daniel Lupold of Williamsport, PA and Shakira Jones and husband Kevin of Alert; three sisters, Julia Miller of MI, Bobbie Starkey and Bonnie Rider both of Barberton, OH; seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
