Zola Mae Ayscue

HENDERSON- Zola Mae Ayscue, 99, of 540 Cooper Dr., died Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Maria Parham Health.Born in Vance County on January 4, 1919, she was the daughter of the late John Henry Ayscue and Kate Parrish Ayscue.Zolaand was a member of New Life Baptist Church and the Pearl Faulkner Sunday School Class.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 am in the J. M. White Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Joel Beckham and Dr. Donald A. Perkinson.Burial will follow in the Liberty Christian Church Cemetery.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Ray Ayscue; three sisters, Cassie A. Roberson, Beulah Roberson, and Bessie Lee Ayscue; and three brothers, Roy R. Perdue, Floyd Allen Ayscue, and Jack Parrish.
The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 am on Saturday prior to the service at J. M. White Funeral Home.
Serving as active pall bearers will be Marty Robinson, Scott Parrish, Noel Faulkner, Steve Hughes, Robert Kelley, and Marvin Ross.
