Dexter Anthony Nance

HENDERSON- Dexter Anthony Nance, 68, of Thomas Lane, died Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the Durham VA Hospital. Born in Vance County on October 21, 1954, he was the son of the late Mary McKinney Nance and Dexter Lee Nance. He was a stocker with M.R. Williams and a Veteran of the United States Army. A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, December 30, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Elmwood Cemetery by Rev. Mark Richardson. He is survived by three sisters, Juanita Hanford and husband, Wayne of Raleigh, Lorraine Abbott and husband, Arvelle of Henderson and Lorretta Williams and husband, John of Henderson. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM at J.M. White Funeral Home.
